Family owned luxurious 6 bedroom 3 bathroom executive villa with
private pool and Jacuzzi spa. This brand new villa, built in 2004,
is
located on the Crescent Lakes community only 15mins drive from Walt
Disney World and within easy reach of all the other Orlando theme
parks, golf courses and major attractions.

This large spacious 2 storey villa is comfortably furnished, fully
air conditioned and is equipped to accommodate up to 12 people.
There
are 6 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 4 upstairs, 3 bathrooms, 2 living
areas, 2 dining areas with plenty of seating and patio doors leading
onto to the pool and deck area.
The villa has its own private South facing 30’ x 15’ Swimming Pool
with fully automated Jacuzzi Spa and optional pool heating. The pool
and sun deck area is fully screened and not directly overlooked
providing lots of outdoor space to relax in. There’s plenty of
poolside furniture including table, chairs and sun loungers with a
large covered lanai that provides ample shade from the Florida sun.
The villa has everything you need to make you feel at home and fully
enjoy your stay in Florida including TV's with DVD players, CD Hi-Fi
system, PS2, and games including an electronic air hockey table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer,
ice maker, microwave, coffee machine, blender and all the cooking
utensils and crockery you need.
There’s also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
for your use. We also provide all linen and towels including towels
for the pool area and there are hairdryers in each of the bathrooms.

Crescent Lakes is a quiet residential community surrounded by a
wooded conservation area yet only 15 mins from Disney World. Located
in Kissimmee just off Poinciana Boulevard south of Highway 192 this
villa is close to great shopping and all of Orlando’s world famous
attractions. The beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf coast to
the West and Cape Canaveral and the Space Coast to the East are
easily accessible and both are just over 1 hours drive away.
