has 4 bedrooms, each with a large private bath.  The home is a mere 
30 steps from the beach and a short 5 minute walk to Playa del 
Carmen's world famous shopping and dining district on 5th Avenue.  
Casa Jose's private pool offers fantastic views of the Caribbean sea 
while the unique roof top deck offers stunning views of the Mayan 
Riviera and the Island of Cozumel.  The home is completely furnished 
with everything you will need for your stay including all towels, 
linens, cooking and eating utensils, and entertainment options.

Activities and Attractions

A championship golf course is available in nearby Playacar Phase 
II.  The Island of Cozumel, with its charming dining and shopping 
district along with premier world-class scuba diving, is a short 
ferry boat ride from Playa del Carmen.  If you like beach and water 
activities, there is no better place than in the warm Caribbean 
waters surrounding Playa del Carmen.  For those interested in Mayan 
culture, numerous ruins such as Tulum and Chichen Itza are within a 
1-2 hour drive.  Other nearby tourist attractions include excellent 
snorkeling at Xel-Ha reserve, Xcaret eco-park, dolphin experiences 
on Cozumel or at Puerto Aventuras, and Isla Mujeres.  The real 
beauty of a vacation at Casa Jose, however, is that there really is 
no need to leave the area of Playa del Carmen - the full experience 
is there to absorb and its all within walking distance of Casa Jose.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan 1, 2007 - Jun 2, 2007     $3500 per week (All taxes INCLUDED)
Jun 2, 2007 - Dec 15, 2007    $2800 per week (All taxes INCLUDED)
     Thanksgiving Week:       $4000 
Dec 15, 2007 - Jan 5, 2008    $6000 per week (All taxes INCLUDED)

Normal rental period is one week (7 nights).  Daily rentals (3 
night minimum) or daily add-ons to weekly rentals will be considered 
on an "as available" basis.  Discount available for rentals of two 
weeks or more.  Visa, Mastercard and debit cards 
accepted.

Deposits:
$500 reservation deposit required at contract signing
$500 refundable security/damage deposit requred at contract signing
100% of rental fee required 30 days prior to arrival date
