This unit is fully equiped with all appliances, dishwasher, washer,  
dryer, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator. Nicely  
furnished, color cable TV, VCR. Jetta Stone counter tops, tile &  
carpet flooring, central Air Condition/heat, and High Speed Internet.  
All the dishes,utensils, towels, bedding. Also has 2.5 car garage, 3  
balconies,outside shower area to rinse off from the beach.

Anna Maria Island is central to many area attractions, hour from  
Tampa Busch Gardens, 2.5 hours Orlando Disney,MGM, Universal Studio's. 
Short distance to malls, shopping centers, movie theaters, and great  
restaurants. There is boating, tennis, fishing, parasailing, or just  
relaxing at the beach.

Winter Rates $1,200-$1,450/week $4,500/month 
Summer Rates $1,000-$1,200/week $4,000/month 
Off Season Rates $900-$1,000/week  $3,600/month 
10.5% resort tax, $75 departure cleaning fee, $300 security damage  
deposit for weekly and $500 damage deposit for monthly refundable  
after departure & inspection of unit. 35% deposit required to secure  
reservation on unit.
