This three story unit, located just off of Gulf Dr. & 64th St., is
a short 1 1/2 block walk to the beach. Complete with 1550 square
feet of air conditioned living space, the first floor begins with a
two car garage, a 10 x 24 storage room and an open patio with an
outdoor shower and gas grill. Between the 2 car garage and the large
driveway, there is ample parking for 4 cars - something that is hard
to find at the beach!
The second floor has a spacious 14 x 24 great room which includes a
queen size fold out sofa, a large breakfast room and a 12 x 20
screened porch that has both an eating area and a lounging area. The
open kitchen includes all the comforts of home from a microwave to a
full size dishwasher, smooth top range, place settings/glassware
for 12, cuisanart cookware and small appliances. The 1/2 bath and
full size washer and dryer are also located on this level.
The third level houses three bedrooms and two full baths - one with
a walk in shower and the second with a tub/shower combination. Two
of the three bedrooms have queen beds while the third bedroom has a
bunk bed with a single trundle underneath. There is an additional
queen size and twin size blow up mattress for extra guests and also
a pack-n-play for any children that may be staying in the unit.
Sheets, pillows and blankets are available for all beds including
the fold out and blow up beds. There are also more than enough
beach towels and 2 dozen sets of regular towels so that laundry does
not have to be done each day.
All the comforts of home are here since the owners use this unit for
themselves in the summer!

This newly renovated unit is beautifully decorated and well
appointed with all the modern conveneinces to make your vacation
pleasurable! From the 50" plasma TV with DVD, CD, Stereo and IPOD
docking station to the desk top computer with high speed internet
and printer/scanner/copier to the inclusion of free long distance
and upgraded HD cable any - techie will feel right at home here!
For those that like to enjoy the water, this unit is only 1 1/2
blocks from the beach and comes equipped with a packed beach cart
containing 10 beach chairs, floats, boogie boards and noodles. You
will also find beach bags, beach towels, an umbrella, portable
cooler and a 10' x 10' beach tent laoded up and ready to go. Just
take the short walk and pull it behind you. When you are tired of
the hot sun, return to the nice shaded areas of North Beach Village
and enjoy the secluded heated pool or screened deck - both
surrounded by foilage and palm trees!

Anna Maria is a quaint beach town where you can rent bikes or take a
stroll to your favorite restaraunt or ice cream parlor. In the
evenings you can enjoy the local acoustic guitar player at the beach
bars or just watch the beautiful sunsets away from the crowds. You
can rent anything from scooters to jet skis or go on fishing
charters or gambling charters - whatever your pleasure is!
Since there are ordinances in place keeping the construction of new
development from building no higher than six stories, it restricts
the number of hotels, motels and condos that come to the island and
keeps the non-commercialized beach "feel". That is not to say that
all the comforts of development, shopping and restaraunts are not
within 10 to 15 minutes away - they are. A quick trip to Sarasota,
St. Armands Circle, Cortez Blvd. or Bradenton will spring you back
to full civilization and fullfill all your shopping, dancing, art or
need for a gourmet meal!
