SPECIAL April 1st to June 15th $79 per night or $553 weekly rate or $2370 monthly plus 11.96% Hawaii tax. Last minute special: If booked within 7 days from arrival, receive 20% off. Does not apply together with the low season monthly rate or any other promotional or additional discounts. High peak months excluded. Regular rates are: $99.95 per night, thirty nights minimum. $110.00 per night, seven nights minimum. $125.00 per night, three nights minimum. All the above rates plus 11.42% Hawaii tax. This rates apply for maximum of two occupants, any additional occupant is $10 per night on weekly basis and $7.50 per night monthly. The above rates, exclude holidays or special occasions. Private assigned parking with 24 security is available with in and out privilege for $10 per day on weekly basis or $7.00 per day monthly. There is a $75 per night departure cleaning fee and a $200 refundable security deposit providing there are no incidents. There is no maid service. Deposit of 30% will be due to reserve and balance not later than 40 days prior to arrival. We accept cashier's check, money order, wire transfer. Credit cards can be accepted thru Paypal (4% surcharge will be added) Personal cheques will be accepted if sent no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Important Notes: - To keep a high level of luxury, in our policy, the $75 departure cleaning fee does not cover carpet stains or wall marks of any kind or burned stove. - Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
