This rates apply for maximum of three guests, any additional
guest is $10 per night on weekly basis and $7.50 per night
monthly.
Private assigned parking with 24 security is available with in and
out privileges for $10 per day on weekly basis or $7.00 per day
monthly.
There is a $25 booking fee, $90 per night departure cleaning fee, and a $200
refundable security deposit providing there are no incidents. There
is no maid service.
Deposit of 30% will be due to reserve and balance not later than 40
days prior to arrival. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, wire
transfers. Credit cards can be accepted through our website or through Paypal. Personal cheques will be accepted if sent no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Important Notes:
- To keep a high level of luxury, in our policy, the $90 departure
cleaning fee does not cover carpet stains or wall marks of any kind
or burned stove/oven/microwave.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
