A beautiful beach front house located 1 km away from chicxulub in
the Yucatan peninsula. A place where you can rest, enjoy the nature
and have fun at the same time. The 4 bedroom, 4
bathrooms make this a perfect vacations
for familes and honeymoons.

If you are a golf player there is golf course only 20 minutes away
by
car.

In Chicxulub you can find anything you want such as a church,
drugstores, the post office, a hospital
banks, parks, the Market or excellent seafood restorants by
the "malecon" of progreso.

A/C is not always needed as all the rooms have ceiling fans, are
well ventilated and the sea breaze is refreshing, anyway you can
decide if you want it once you are here

excellent restaurants by the malecon with an excellent enviroment.

- If you like to go fishing, you can find many fishermen in
Chicxulub with whom you can arrange a fishing trip for a low cost.

- If you are a golf player there is golf course only 20 minutes away

car

- If you like snorkeling, walks on the beach or swimming, you can do
it right in front of the house.

-If you are like exotic sports you have a club where you can learn
or practice windsurf and kite.

- You also have cancun 4 hours away, mayan ruins and the beautiful
Merida City 20 mins away.
