From there, Indian Neck beach is just a 10 minutes' walk away, while downtown Wellfleet is another
walk of about 25 minutes.
The grounds, in the middle of a pine grove, are beautifully landscaped and planted, while inside the
house there are lots of skylights and ceiling fans, rugs and Mexican tiles. There are decks at three
levels, and a 2nd. floor screened porch. The house and its surroundings are designed to impart a
sense of beauty, serenity and quiet, in the spirit of Wellfleet, the best locale on the Cape.
