Note for 2008/9 Off Season: three nights minimum stay (unless 2 nights are open between other
bookings - see our calendar). Three nights minimum from Sept 27 May 22, 2009 (except for holiday
weeks) and seven nights minimum in summer 2009.
Located in the center of everything Santa Cruz. Walk to the
boardwalk, the boat harbor, the pier, downtown, the beach or just
enjoy the ultimate Santa Cruz beach house vacation experience on
Mott Avenue. This two-story, two bedroom, two and a half bath home
has all the elements of the perfect vacation get-away. The home is
situated just 100 steps from the sand and main entrance to Seabright
State Beach, a south-facing beach and the warmest, sunniest beach in
Santa Cruz County. You see the ocean and beach from the living area
upstairs and decks.
You’re in the middle of vacation bliss at Seabright Beach and this
home which provides location, location, location. Seabright beach is
a three-quarter mile wide strand of beautiful soft sand that is
bordered on the west by the San Lorenzo River and Santa Cruz
Boardwalk and to the east by the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. As you
will see on your tour of this site, this Mott Avenue home is a
modern, fully upgraded, sophisticated, Seabright residence. For
maximum white-water view, you will find all of the living spaces
upstairs, including the living room, HDTV, gourmet kitchen, dining
area, bar, sunroom, half bath, and a large rooftop deck.
Downstairs features an enticing master suite complete with a huge
private bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi brand spa tub and a glass
block walk-in shower, HDTV. It also has a deck with ocean view right
outside. A second bedroom also has a private bath that features high
end fixtures including the enclosed shower with true rain shower
head.

High Season 2009 (May - Sep) Weekly Only, Sat Check-In/Out. Exception - 4 nights min in Sept 2008.
High Season rates - $2350/wk, Plus 10% Tax and one time cleaning fee of $110.
Low season (Sept 28, 2008 to May 21, 2009) 3 night minimum (except holiday weeks).
Low season rates - 3-6 nights-$267/night, 7-29 nights-$257/night, Monthly $6800.
Thanksgiving & Christmas - 6 nights minimum, Other Holiday weeks - 4 nights, $315 per night.
All low season rates add 10% Tax, cleaning fee of $110.
A refundable security deposit of $500 is added to all reservations.
