The house is located on the first block of Mott Avenue about a hundred steps from Seabright Beach in a very quiet location and is at the center of everything that Santa Cruz has to offer. This two-story, two bedroom, two and a half bath home has all the elements of the perfect vacation get-away. The home is situated just 100 steps from Seabright State Beach, a south-facing beach and the warmest, sunniest beach in Santa Cruz County. You see the ocean and beach from the living area upstairs and decks. You're in the middle of vacation bliss at Seabright Beach and this home which provides location, location, location. Seabright beach is a three-quarter mile wide strand of beautiful soft sand that is bordered on the west by the San Lorenzo River and Santa Cruz Boardwalk and to the east by the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. As you will see on your tour of this site, this Mott Avenue home is a modern, fully upgraded, sophisticated, Seabright residence. For maximum white-water view, you will find all of the living spaces upstairs, including the living room, HDTV, gourmet kitchen, dining area, bar, sunroom, half bath, and a large rooftop deck.  Downstairs features an enticing master suite complete with a huge private bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi brand spa tub and a glass block walk-in shower, HDTV. It also has a deck with ocean view right outside. A second bedroom also has a private bath that features high end fixtures including the enclosed shower with true rain shower head. Bring your laptop. We have secured cable hi-speed internet (WiFi).

High Season (May 23- Sep 27, 2009 - usually weekly only, must be Saturday check-in/out) $2350/week plus 10% tax and one time cleaning fee of $110. Only Aug & Sept  dates left for 2009 high season (see calendar)  - 5 nights min.

Low season (Sept 27, 2009 to May 22, 2010- 3 night minimum)
3-6 nights-$267/night, 7-29 nights-$257/night, Monthly $6800, Holiday weeks - $315 per night. Thanksgiving, Christmas 7 nights minimum. 
All low season rates add 10% Tax (except for monthly), cleaning fee of $110.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is added to all reservations above.
For Credit Card payment add 3.9%.
