Captain Morse House in Martha's Vineyard

The Captain Morse House, at the corner of Morse and North Water
streets, is one of Edgartown's finest homes. This fully renovated and
exquisitely detailed home is perfect for your dream vineyard vacation.
For 2009 we are installing central air-conditioning although you will
hardly need it as the home is just up the street from the harbor. The
home features eight bedrooms and five full baths on three floors, a
formal living room and dining room, a family room, a game room, and a
new gourmet kitchens all tastefully decorated with period furnishings
and artwork.
Outside on the North Water side facing the water are two spacious
porches with partial water views of Edgartown Harbor and the Chappy
Ferry. Out back is a spacious bricked patio with seating for ten and
one of Edgartown's largest backyards, barbecue, croquet and an outdoor
shower. There is off street parking for three cars.
This is the second year we have put our family home onto the rental
market. We are committed to doing whatever we can to make your stay on
Martha's Vineyard a special one. We think that our house is the best
in town and offers any visitor a truly unique island experience.
Judging from our sellout during our first year on the market our
guests agree as well.

Rates vary from $6,000 off season to $16,000 for the most popular weeks.
The house can accommodate up to 23 people.
