Brand new to the rental market this season this fully renovated and exquisitely detailed home is perfect for your dream vineyard vacation. This versatile home is large but don't let that concern you. We can accommodate smaller parties in the back half of the house which give you full access to the large yard. The home features nine bedrooms and seven full baths on three floors, a formal living room and dining room, a family room, a game room, and two kitchens (when the home is rented partially), all tastefully decorated with period furnishings and artwork. Outside on the North Water side facing the water are two spacious porches. Out back is a large bricked patio with seating for ten and one of Edgartown's largest backyards, barbecue, croquet and an outdoor shower. There is off street parking for three cars. Current accommodations are either 13-17 people or 4-9 as a partial rental. This system was designed by the former owner Norman Dudley Johnson when he used to rent out the back half of the home. This is the first year we have put our family home onto the rental market and we are anxious to do whatever we can to make your stay on Martha's Vineyard a special one. We think the house is the best in town and offers any visitor a truly unique island experience.
