Vacation Rental Description

Palm Coast is an exclusive north Florida sanctuary set in a forest  
of  
native plants and trees that are reminiscent of “Old Florida.” It is  
located halfway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach near the  
Intercoastal Waterway. This is a community that strives to live in

find  
all types of outdoor sports in Palm Coast including tennis, golf,  
fishing, boating, swimming, and picnicking in the park. The  
Intercoastal Waterway provides a great way to spend a day of  
boating,  
where you will perhaps spot a manatee or dolphin. Palm Coast has  
many  
fine restaurants from which to choose, and charming shops are  
located  
along the major streets. The Washington Oaks State Gardens in Palm  
Coast were originally part of the Bella Vista Plantation and extends  
from the Atlantic Ocean to the Matanzas River. This preserve covers  
more than 400 acres of coastal Florida, with awesome rock  
outcroppings worn into unusual shapes by the sea. Daytona Beach’s  
dazzling white sands are just a half-hour away, as is the historic  
city of St. Augustine, making Palm Coast a convenient, as well as  
beautiful, place to base your Florida vacation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Surf Club II is a beautiful oceanfront condominium complex with 24-hour  
security. The common area has a beautiful tropical entrance with an  
oceanside heated pool and jacuzzi. There is a sanded play area off  
to  
the side for children to play as well as water fountains.  So bring  
your lunch/dinner down to the poolside where there are tables/chairs  
and a large modern gas grill to use and enjoy the surrounding  
beauty.  Take a walk down the boardwalk which is just steps away  
from  
the pool, and enjoy the natural settings of the coquina beach which  
has spectacular shells and starfish!   Be sure to bring your fishing  
gear if you want to engage in a little surf fishing!! 
 
This spacious new condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated.  It  
has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.  The Master bedroom has a queen- 
size bed, large window with ocean view, television with cable, and  
his and her closets.  Master bath is large with oversized tiled  
shower and separate tub with his and her sinks. Bedroom #2 has queen- 
size bed, and bedroom #3 has two twin beds.  The kitchen is large  
and  
well equipped. Everything you need is included – refrigerator,  
stove,  
microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, platters, coffeemaker,  
etc. Linens are also included.  The dining room has a table that  
seats 6 along with 4 bar stools at the counter.  The family room  
includes a pull-out sofa bed, T.V., and vcr/dvd player. Digital  
cable  
is provided in the family room along with cable in the master  
bedroom.  The family room has large sliding glass doors that lead  
out  
to your own private balcony, where you can witness the beautiful sun  
rising over the ocean as well as the sight and the sounds of the  
waves crashing.  Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from both the  
family room and master bedroom.

Activities and Attractions

The community has 3 pools (2 are oceanfront), 3 clubhouses, tennis  
courts, which a couple are lit at night, volleyball court,  
shuffleboard courts, full fitness room with workout equipment and  
free weights, marina, and underground parking.  
The complex includes 150 acres of nature preserve on the  
intercoastal with a walking/biking trail, and dock with  
day slips. Bring your rowboats, kayaks or rent them locally, and  
spend some time exploring Florida's intercoastal waterway.

$1,000 per week
