have the BEST of BOTH worlds. Enjoy a spectacular view of the 
Intercoastal Waterway with boats,dolphins,tropical birds, and great 
fishing from the lounge chairs at the pool and Boat Basin. Or, bring 
your BOAT and enjoy free docking in our Boat Basin. All of this and 
more will make your stay a memorable one.
The Beach access is a short walk directly across the street. 
Crescent Beach is one of the greatest walking beaches in the world 
with ultra white, 99% pure, crushed quartz sand that never gets hot!
