pier, fine dining, Dali, other Museums, 90 minutes to East Coast all
this 2 miles from the interstate. It is a beach and shelling paradise
including the NEWLY NAMED BEST BEACH IN NORTH AMERICA - Ft. de Soto
with all its unspoiled serenity and history. Want to just check the
area out? Buy a cheap trolley ticket and travel 40+ miles getting on
and off as you please from Pass-a-Grille to north of Clearwater.
The property has two highly-desirable priorities, 24 hour
surveillance and security and immaculate cleanliness and landscaping.

course views. CLUB BAHIA, WHERE THIS UNIT IS LOCATED, IS THE MOST

The unit looks new because it virtually is - the owners occupied it

in the breakfast room that features a mirror wall and loads of
cabinets, and two at the morning bar. Of course there is every
upscale appliance and a separate laundry room, very large master
bath, comfy king bed and 30' balcoony access; the second bedroom has
extra space and two new twins. Each bedroom and main living area
feature full size t.v.s with a central entertainment center and
access to the balcony for views and "peeks" at your little friends on
the beach.
Dining is the day's biggest decision, there is some fast-food and
drive-thru close by but you must try a different local non-franchise
establishment at least daily.
