located just 5 short blocks from the beach, Sharkey's Restaurant,
golf, and only minutes from Historic Downtown Venice.

One bedroom unit with full sized air mattress for extra guests.
Bedroom has queen sized bed with memory foam topper for extra
comfort. Fully stocked with all appliances, coffee maker, toaster,
dishes,pots & pans, etc. Laundry facilities on premises. Convenient
location. Away from the hustle & bustle of Rt.41, but just a hop,
skip, and jump from all that Venice has to offer.

vacation rental rates

Monthly rentals only.


December - April $1600
May - August $1350
September - November $1100

In addition to monthly rental charge, tenant must pay cleaning fee
of $75, $800 security deposit(refundable), 11% Fl.tourism tax.
Small pet will be allowed for an extra charge of $150.
25% of rental fee due to reserve property with balance due 60 days
prior to rental start date.
