Vacation Rental Description

 Charming classic Cape sleeps 10-12 comfortably. 2-minute walk to 
Green 
Pond public boat yard with public deep-water access. Launch your boat 
here 
And if there is no parking available in the pubic lot you can drive 
your 
Trailer back to the house and be back at the boat yard in about 5 
minutes. 
1/3 mile walk to private association beach. This is a great 
family beach with a boardwalk out towards the water, a gate attendant 
and several bike racks and volleyball net.
This private Beach is known as ''Little Beach or Ackapesket beach.''
We are five-minute walk to Menahaunt Beach and about a 10-minute walk
to Falmouth Heights Beach.
Our spacious home is located on a quiet side 
street with 7 other homes, located 1 street away from ''Bel Mar'' and 
Great Harbor neighborhoods (cut through a path in the woods to get to 
either). Great areas for walking and biking. Our 15 yr old home 
features a modern, fully equipped  kitchen, large full bath off 
kitchen, dining room, 
living room with  cable TV/DVD/VCR and wireless internet access.
First floor large bedroom with full size and single bed.
2nd  separate room/bedroom has a queen size pull out sofa bed, and 
TV.  
The second floor has a large king size master bedroom and a single 
(pull out queen)
Day bed and attached full size bath. There is also a very large 
second 
bedroom that contains a full size and 3 single beds. 10-12 sleep 
Comfortably.
We have a large outdoor deck with gas grill, sunny deck and  
Comfortable deck and lawn furniture. 
There is a very large private yard with hammock and great space for 
family 
gatherings and whiffle ball games. Washer and dryer in basement. All 
linens provided. Plenty of parking

stroll to Falmouth Heights Beach. 5 Minute Drive to the Island queen 
ferry with hourly departures to Marthas Vineyard just a 20 minute 
ferry boat ride.Morning and Afternoon Fishing Departures for Deep See 
Fishing located 5 minutes from the house 
15 Minute Drive to Woods hole aquarium and historic fishing village 
or Mashpee commons for great shopping.Enjoy the seven  Public golf 
courses with ten mile as well as the short  drives to many of the 
prestigious private golf courses. 
Enjoy  the beautiful shining sea bike path to woods hole a must to 
do when in Falmouth, local bike rental available.
Located minutes from downtown enjoy the  lovely colonial shops, 
fabulous new resteraunts and bistros on Main street.
 Bring your children to the Ryan Family FUn Amusement center 
where they have a great bowling alley and arcades for those rainy 
days that rarely happen on the cape cod! Near falmouth Mall and the 
Movie theater. 10 Minute drive to the Falmouth Ice arena where some 
great hockey and skating camps are offerd.
