Southern Diversion is located directly in the Village of Islamorada in the Florida Keys and walking 
distance to all the major restaurants and shopping. This is an exclusive oceanfront private gated 
estate home with 200 feet of oceanfront on two acres. This property also features 200 feet of dock, 
Boat lift, Tiki hut on private beach, Heated pool, Kayak and Wireless remote Internet. Islamorada is 
located one hour south of South Beach and two hours north of Key West. This spectacular home 
features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 13 comfortably. 
We can also offer a private chef, in-home massages,daily cleaning, 
boat rentals, jetski rentals, parasailing, snorkeling, diving, deep 
sea fishing, yacht rentals.  Just let us know, we are here to 
accomodate

hours south by car
Marathon airport: Distance to Southern Diversion- 25 minutes by car

Islamorada The Sport Fishing Capital of the World hosts an array of 
activities from relaxing on our private beach to world class scuba 
diving. From our private beach you can go catch fresh Florida 
lobster, Go shelling, Reef snorkeling off Cheeca Rock Reef, See live 
coral reefs and catch Bonefish. Southern Diversion is located 
directly in the Village of Islamorada (Mle Marker 82) which means 
you are within 5 minutes of the best cuisine Islamorada has to offer. 
Robbie's of Islamorada (5 min car ride)offers many different marine 
activities including boat rentals,  jetskiing, kayak's and a 
delicious restaurant.  Don't forget to visit Scarface in the Tarpon 
Feeding area. Also at Robbie's they will cook your fresh catch at 
the Hungry Tarpon Restaurant. If you are in the mood for a nice stroll, 
Bentleys Restaurant is right outside our gate or you can walk to 
Morada Bay where you can enjoy a relaxed beach atmosphere and 
spectacular sunsets.You can also walk to the Lorelei bar and Cabana 
for great food, live entertainment and of course beautiful sunsets.

GUEST COMMENTS: Our stay at Southern Diversion was perfect - exactly as we'd dreamed it. The site of 
our family reunion was very important. We came from distant shores California, Montana, Virginia, 
and southern Africa and ranged in age from 18 months to 89 years. We don't all get together very 
often. Your lovely home was comfortable and spacious, affording both privacy and great communal 
gathering areas. We especially enjoyed having the pool on site, a sandy beach, the playground 
equipment, and a great kitchen. The spacious fenced property offered a sense of seclusion, and the 
proximity of good restaurants and activities was convenient- Ivan & Marsha Login

One of the things we enjoyed particularly was building a fire in the pit on a couple of nights.  We 
had a great time around the fire roasting marshmallows and catching up with each other- Suzanne Knox

Our stay at Southern Diversion was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and more. The house 
exceptionally clean as were the grounds. The little flats boat was just perfect for the kids to do 
some light fishing - they had a blast. It was great to be able to see the guys coming in from the 
ocean with the catch of the day. Perfect place to launch the jet skis from - thanks for letting us 
have them there. This house was perfect for the 10 of us. Look for us next year - We will be back!!

Looking for some afternoon fun?  Try John Pennekamp State Park Mile 
Marker 102.5- (20 minute car ride) America's First Undersea Park 
where you can snorkel, scuba dive or ride on a glass bottom boat. 
Theatre of the Sea Mile Marker 84.5 
(2 miles/ 3 minute car ride) is great for kids and adults alike.

with dolphins, rays and sea lions! During your stay don't miss 
Holiday Isle Home of the World Famous Tiki Bar and Sand Bar (Walking 
distance). For an all day trip try Alligator Reef (5 minute boat 
ride) named after the first USS Alligator, a swift 12 gun schooner 
built in 1820. Alligator Reef where you can swim, snorkel, dive and 
fish. Captain Skip Nielsen can take you Fishing in Islamorada, 
Everglades National Park/The surrounding waters and Gulf Wreck 
Fishing in his 18' Skiff or 28' twin outboard cabin boat.  Indulge 
yourself at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa or Blu Bamboo Spa (Walking 
distance) who offer body treatments, scrubs, massages and many more 
revitalizing treatments.  For fun "island" shopping walk to Outdoor

$8000 week
$30,000 month
50% deposit required upon booking
If tenant cancels 60 days or less prior to occupancy date their 
deposit is non-refundable
Full payment required 60 days prior to check-in plus a 30% security 
deposit on the gross rental amount plus non-refundable cleaning fee.
Non-refundable $300 cleaning fee
Non-refundable event fee $500 if applicable
