diving. From our private beach you can go catch fresh Florida
lobster, Go shelling, Reef snorkeling off Cheeca Rock Reef, See live
coral reefs and catch Bonefish. Southern Diversion is located
directly in the Village of Islamorada (Mle Marker 82) which means
you are within 5 minutes of the best cuisine Islamorada has to offer.
Robbie's of Islamorada (5 min car ride)offers many different marine
activities including boat rentals, jetskiing, kayak's and a
delicious restaurant. Don't forget to visit Scarface in the Tarpon
Feeding area. Also at Robbie's they will cook your fresh catch at
the Hungry Tarpon Restaurant. If you are in the mood for a nice stroll,
Bentleys Restaurant is right outside our gate or you can walk to
Morada Bay where you can enjoy a relaxed beach atmosphere and
spectacular sunsets.You can also walk to the Lorelei bar and Cabana
for great food, live entertainment and of course beautiful sunsets.

GUEST COMMENTS: Our stay at Southern Diversion was perfect - exactly as we'd dreamed it. The site of
our family reunion was very important. We came from distant shores California, Montana, Virginia,
and southern Africa and ranged in age from 18 months to 89 years. We don't all get together very
often. Your lovely home was comfortable and spacious, affording both privacy and great communal
gathering areas. We especially enjoyed having the pool on site, a sandy beach, the playground
equipment, and a great kitchen. The spacious fenced property offered a sense of seclusion, and the

One of the things we enjoyed particularly was building a fire in the pit on a couple of nights. We
had a great time around the fire roasting marshmallows and catching up with each other- Suzanne Knox

Our stay at Southern Diversion was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and more. The house
exceptionally clean as were the grounds. The little flats boat was just perfect for the kids to do
some light fishing - they had a blast. It was great to be able to see the guys coming in from the
ocean with the catch of the day. Perfect place to launch the jet skis from - thanks for letting us
have them there. This house was perfect for the 10 of us. Look for us next year - We will be back!!
