Hilltop Hideaway in Fairplay

Wait until you see this absolutely awesome view of the Continental
Divide and the Valley from our 600 square foot deck. The home,
HILLTOP HIDEAWAY, is located on seven acres and in an aspen grove.
The home is close to the Pike National Forest. Enjoy the peace and
natural beauty.
Our custom-designed, 3200 square foot log cabin is truly a unique
get-
away. Only a few years old, the home is immaculate and beautifully
appointed with aspen log furniture. There is a Queen  bedroom
with a log bed, dresser and end table and a Queen log guest bedroom
with log end table and awesome views. A second bedroom
has bunk twin on top and full on bottom beds. There are three floors
for privacy.
HILLTOP HIDEAWAY has a two story living room on the second floor
with
a beautiful log and cedar ceiling. The rich australian cypress
flooring and western decor create a peaceful setting from which to
enjoy the magnificant views.

The home has a POOL
TABLE in the first floor tiled recreation room. The Kitchen has a
Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice Maker and is
fully furnished with Cooking Utensils. Linens, pillows and blankets
are provided. There is a Washer & Dryer. One of the Bathrooms has
a Jacuzzi Tubs. HILLTOP HIDEAWAY has a full stone Fireplace, Phone,
Satellite HDTV, DVR, VCR and DVD. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

After a short drive, you can Hike or snow-shoe into the Pike
National Forest for Wildlife
Viewing or Hunting. There is Forest access for
Cross Country Skiing or Snowmobiling or biking. There is an onsite
Stocked Pond or Reservoir Fishing/River Fly Fishing is minutes away.
River Rafting is 45 minutes away in Buena Vista. Faiplay is home of
the Park City 1880's Out-Door Museum. Fairplay has several
restaurants and shops or it is 30 minutes to Breckenridge, an hour
plus to Vail for Downhill Skiing, Sledding, more shops and
restaurants. This is a year-round wonderland of ADVENTURE.

$275 per night

Three night minimum.
Cleaning fee included for rentals greater than 7 nights.
Sales tax and damage deposit additional.
Optional Hot Tub, $100 Surcharge for fill and cleaning.
