Sherrills Ford, NC just north of Lincoln County.
The two-level floor plan easily accommodates multiple families.
With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms this house will
comfortably sleep eight to twelve people and offers all of the
conveniences of home. Two wood-burning fireplaces offer winter
visitors an added benefit. Two of four bedrooms, one up and one
downstairs, offer private suite-like amenities including private
bath, luxurious queen size bed, and gorgeous lakeside views. The
two remaining bedrooms, one with a lake view, boast twin beds and
sharethe third bath. A two-car garage offers shelter for outdoor
toys, bicycles, and your vehicles.
Enjoy an outdoor oasis in the beautiful back yard! The spacious
sloping yard offers plenty of room for horseshoes or bocce. Large
trees shade this area from the summer sun and transition to an array
of breathtaking colors in the fall foliage season. A swing set and
play fort are always popular with the younger crowd. Nothing is
more scenic than the most impressive amenity, Lake Norman. A
spacious
sundeck and adjoining boat dock allow you easy access to swimming,
fishing, boating, and all other lake activities. Nestled in a quiet
cove off the main lake, swimming is safe in this no-wake zone and
the sandy beach allows small children and even adults a place to
wade and play. Boaters have the benefit of main channel access at
just a
stones throw away.

We rent our beautiful home from Saturday to Saturday in the summer
season which is Memorial Day to Labor Day with weekly and partial
stays available during the rest of the year.

Weekly Rates:

Sept 3rd 2011 to June 9th 2012 (Nightly rates available)........................$1200/week

June 9th 2012 to August 18th 2012 (weekly only Sat to Sat)...................$2375/week

August 18th 2012 to September 1st 2012(weekly only Sat to Sat)............$1975/week

Nightly Rate

Sept 3rd 2011 to June 9th 2012.............$250/night, 3 night minimum.

Boat Rental Available. 24ft/Pontoon boat water tube,fish or just
cruise. plenty of room for up to 12 people.

$1000.00/wk or $250.00 a day $200.00 Deposit

50% Down to Secure the rental/Followed by payment in full 45 days
prior to arrival

Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival for refund.

Cleaning, Towel and Linen fee $150
