in Sun  
City Grand.  Block fenced back yard for privacy.  Fully furnished with all utilities and cable TV  
paid. DVD player.  All furniture,  
washer, and dryer brand new. Patio furniture on covered patio in back.  Two chairs and table on  
front porch.  Gas BBQ.  Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds.  Walk-in shower with seat in master  
bedroom.  Tub and shower in guest bathroom.  Recreation cards can be purchased for $100 per person  
through SCG Administrative office. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sun City Grand is an over 55, resort-type of community.  Four mile drive to the Kansas City Royals  
Spring  
Training stadium in Surprise.  Twenty minute drive to University of Phoenix Stadium.  Many shopping  
centers  
within 15 minutes.  Within SCG there are four beautiful golf courses, tennis courts, Bocce ball  
courts, art classes,  
softball, baseball, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complete gyms with weight rooms, computer  
access,  
Dillon's wonderful restaurant, and JB's buffet dining (both on the 18th holes of golf courses.)   
Just about any  
activity you can imagine can be found either in SCG or close by.  SCG is beautifully landscaped and  
upkeep  
occurs on a daily basis.  It truly is an oasis in the desert.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sun City Grand requires no less than 30-day rentals.  Rates are $1800 per month for January,  
February, and  
April.  $2000 for the month of March.  $1500 per month for May, November, and December.  $1200 per  
month for September  
and October.  $1000 per month for June, July, and August.  Utilities included in monthly rent.  
 
Deposit of $500 required and is refundable only up to 60 days prior to possession date.  Deposit is  
fully  
refundable two weeks after rental period ends if rental property sustains no damage.    
 
Pets are negotiable and require a separate deposit depending upon type and number of pets.  Please  
inquire.
