This 3BR/2BA vacation home is located in the Point Sebago Resort
which rated the #1 family outdoor resort in the Northeast. The 775-
acre 4-season gated resort is located on the pristine shores of
Sebago Lake, southern Maine's largest lake. The
18-hole championship golf course is rated #1 in Southern Maine by

Digest. It is only minutes to the sandy beach, 5-star award-
winning children and adult activities programs. There is an
extensive marina for all kinds of boat rentals. You can enjoy
boating, fishing, swimming water-skiing, sailing, cruise boat tours,
golf, miniature golf, tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes
and much more!
You can cook or enjoy lakefront dining. Your rental includes nightly
entertainment including comedy shows, karaoke and more. This home is
close to the ocean and skiing areas. We are 30 minutes to Portland
and 40 minutes to great tax free outlet shopping in North Conway.

This four season, non-smoking, air conditioned vacation home offers
all the amenities of home.
The full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, kitchenware, dishes,
glasses, microwave and DISHWASHER.
There is a dining area and a large living room with gas FIREPLACE,
cable television with DVD player.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom is on the second floor and
has 1 queen bed, cable television and a private bathroom. The second
bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed with a twin mattress on top
and a full sized pull out futon underneath, and the third bedroom has
2 toddler beds. We can leave a full size aero bed.

The home also has a WASHER and DRYER for your use.
There is also a large deck with patio set, a gas grill
and a private back yard that is wooded , great location as the back does
not have a road running behind it. The back yard has a fire pit. (Great for toasting marshmallows!)

Please note: Point Sebago has strict rules as to the number of people who can stay at a site. There is a maximum of 6 people per house, and an additional restiction that there can not be more than 4 adult per house.
