apartment for 2 guests.
You entre a large sunny room that faces the Gran Canal with two
ancient windows and allow an extraordinary view of this unique way.
The kitchen (with electric plates, fridge) is inside an wide cabinet;
it’s provided with air conditioning and heating system, tv set, hifi,
microwave oven, hair dryers and iron.

The apartment is located on the Canal Grande just between the Rialto
Bridge and San Marco Square. It lays near to the public boat stop of
San Tomà.
By the palace you find also the public Gondola crossing the Gran
Canal from San Tomà to San Samule (near Palazzo Grassi). Water taxies
can drop you just at the water door of Tiepolo, on the Canal Grande.
There are plenty of museums and attraction to visit near by.

The cost of apartament is 600 euro per week.
Check in, gas and electricity, bed and bath linen as well as
cleaning are included.
Extra maid service is on request.

Booking deposit at reservation is 300 euro, by sift. Full payment 30
days before arrival, by shift.
