May-October $500 per week
November - December $600 per week except Christmas week,
Dec.19 through Dec. 26 is $800 for the week.
Dec. 26 through Jan. 2, 2010 is $850 for the week.
January 2- April 3, 2010 $850 week
All arrival and departure days are Saturday unless otherwise
negotiated.
4% Rental Tax and 7% Sales taxes not included.
$500 refundable damage/loss deposit.
$75 cleaning fee
Rental, taqxes, etc.  must be paid in full by check 30 days prior to check-in
