Aloni Villas (Villa Levante & Villa Ponente) in Kefalonia Island

The Aloni Villas are located at the hillside, with a beautiful view
of the long valley of Pylaros, just 1 km from the charming port of
Agia Efimia: a traditional harbor with small flint bays with crystal-
clear water, lovely taverns, cafés and little shops. It is a
peaceful, calm location, untainted by mass tourism.

There are 2 semidetached villas, built in 2004 (!), each of 2
bedrooms (up to 4 persons each), living-room, open plan kitchen and
shared, heated swimming pool.
The villas are ideally for a party of 4 to 8 people wanting shared
facilities outside but individual privacy internally.
All fittings and furnishings are of the highest standard.

Each villa has 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms (both opening on to
a balcony)and a shower room/toilet on the 1st floor. On the ground
floor there is a lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, CD-
player,
a dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, full
cooker,
fridge, freezer, microwave) and a toilet. In the basement there is a
laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Internet
facilities.

Outside, there are shared facilities of a heated swimming pool (11,0
x 5,5 & 1,35 m depth). There is also an "outside kitchen" with
barbecue and nice dining area shaded by a pergola. A terraced garden
provides further sitting facilities with both sun and shade.

The villas have central heating and a wood burning stove, so they
can
be rented over the winter and Spring seasons.
