side-by-side homes available for families traveling together.

Located in Northwest Orange County this property is centrally 
located and convenient to all Central Florida destinations including 
shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities.

Only 30 minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios, or 
Seaworld. Only 60 Minutes from Daytona, New Smyrna, or Cocoa 
Beaches. 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Less than 60 
minutes to the Ocala National Forest, or 10 minutes to two different 
State Parks that offer swimming, canoeing, white water tubing, 
snorkeling, picnicking, hiking, and nature 
watching. 

This property is also located within minutes of many other small 
quaint Old Florida style towns including the Historic Town of Mount 
Dora, often referred to as the "Antique Capital of Florida"

2,000 sq. feet of concrete pavers, a stone surrounded Natural Gas 
Fire pit, a Free Standing Stone Surrounded Building that includes a 
48" natural Gas Commercial Grill, a Full Luxury Pool Bath, and a 
Bar/Kitchen section that incorporates Colored Concrete Counter Tops, 
A Full Size Stainless Steel Refrigerator, and a 27" Flat Screen TV. 
Outdoor Speakers are in place for your listening pleasure. Truly a 
Unique, private, resort style feature!  

This Home is completely furnished with all linens, kitchen utensils, 
Cable TV in the living room and bedrooms. Other electronic equipment 
includes a VCR, DVD, Sony Playstation with games and a Surround 
Sound Stereo system. Plus a full size washer and dryer.
