exceptional community is centrally located on Old Scenic Hwy 98
between Destin Commons and Sandestin Resort. This 33-acre resort is
situated on Florida's glimmering Emerald coast. Soft, sugar white
beaches and emerald green water await you! Condo sleeps 6/7. Two
bedroom/2 bath condo has queen bed in main bedroom and a full/twin
(bunk bed)in 2nd bedroom. Queen-size pullout sleeper in living room.
Our top floor-4th floor-unit has a double-wide balcony with a
beatiful view of the Gulf! Maravilla has 2 pools - one facing the
Gulf. Maravilla is a gated community. 3TV's, Cox Internet! Baby

Maravilla has 2.5 acres of deeded private beach. 2 pools - 1 facing
the Gulf of Mexico, 1 heated. Jacuzzi, Exercise room, HI SPEED
INTERNET, Shuffleboard, Tennis and a Clubhouse. Condo is air
conditioned, and has a fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, Washer,
Dryer, Large double balcony with table and chairs. 3-cable TV's,
HBO, VCR, DVD, high chair, play-pen, baby seat, beach chairs,
umbrellas and beach toys! Maravilla has a basketball court and a
larage "grass" area for children
