Vacation Rental Description

The focal point of this spacious Florida home is it's oversized 
heated pool in a screened lanai overlooking the quiet canal with 
access to the gulf. 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River by boat. 
We are happy to share this piece of paradise with you! 
This is our 3 bed, 2 bath, garage private home on a gulf access 
canal.  Viewable from the large heated pool under this awesome 
lanai!  :)  We love the lanai and it's sliders that open up to the 
pool area.   It is open to the living room, kitchen, and dining 
room. You may want to keep those sliders open for the 
breeze to flow through, and the song birds to entertain you!

In the morning, enjoy your coffee in the lanai, with the sounds of 
the birds and the view of the canal.  What a great way to start the 
day!  Enjoy the sun and fun during the day....  Enjoy the end of the 
day...go through those shells you found at the beach and identify 
them with our shell literature!...remember what a super day you just 
had!

Tropically decorated, and newly refurbished/refurnished for 
comfort.  Newly purchase in Feb. 2007.  Our rooms offer ceiling fans 
and lighting throughout.   Reading library for all ages and games 
for the family to enjoy are here for you, too.  We have worked hard 
to prepare this home with everything you would need for a 
comfortable and relaxing stay...except your luggage!

This is a great, quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac.  Safe and 
friendly.  We are set apart, yet close to everything.  
 We have a wonderful spot here on this gulf access canal 
where fishing and boating can begin for you, right at your back 
door!  Keep your boat, waverunner, kyack at the bost dock here in 
the back yard.  7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River (by boat) and 
you're golden.  Explore the waterways and the wildlife/views it has 
to offer.
We are close to the grocery stores, walmart, restaurants, golf, 
tennis, boat rentals, beaching, shelling, etc.  Polular activities 
like these are all within a 15 mile radius.  Many of these are 
within walking distance!  You will be sure to enjoy yourself 
thoroughly, no matter what your likes may be..  This area has 
everything a warm weather lover likes.

linens provided throughout house.  Garage, off street parking.  
Handicapped accessible.  No pets, no smoking.  Kid friendly.

Private pool (large and heated under large lanai).  Pool toys, 
chairs and towels available.  Weber gas grill with full tank for you 
to use.  Patio furniture to seat 10.  Canal view.  Private boat dock.
Newly stocked full kitchen.  
Newly purchased home in Feb 2007.  Totally refurnished and has been 
refurbished!
Master bedroom has king bed, private bath, walkin closet and sit 
down vanity.  Surfer room has 2 twins in it that can be 
put together to make a "California King".  Canal view room has bunk 
bed with twin on top, full on bottom, with a twin trundle 
underneath.  Living areas have pullout full couch and pullout twin 
loveseat.

Vacation Rental Rates

Must be 21 years old or older to rent.    weekly rate is $1100.00.  Summer months june - aug. 
900.00/wk. 
Thanksgiving week is $1500.00.  
Christmas and New Years week are $1500.00 each.  11% Florida Bed 
Tax.  $120.00 exit 
cleaning fee (taken from deposit).  Note:  Until confirmed, rates 
are subject to change without notice.

Monthly rentals  at $4000.00. summer (june-aug) monthly rates are 3000.00
