The pictures do not describe how beautiful this townhouse is. The
unit has a view of the lake,the Links Golf Course and the
Choctawatchee Bay. Both bedrooms have large private baths. The
master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two
twin beds. Each bedroom has a sitting area with a view of the lake
and bay.
The downstairs has a fully furnished kitchen, dining room and
den.The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.
Off the den is a private deck and also a water dock.
You will find everything from golf to charter fishing in this area.
One of the pictures you will see is a charter trip from Destin this
fall (2006). I was able to catch two marlin so if you are into sport
fishing, this is the place to be. Both were released to be caught
again.
Also I went on a recent bottom fishing excursion on the SS ENTERPRISE
with Captain Kirk. Please contact me for more information on charter
fishing.
Sandestin is a 2400 acre, gated resort community with 24 hour
security.The Baytown Wharf area is at the heart of Sandestin. It
includes,eateries, nightlife and galleries. I could try to
describe everything but please view the sandestin website.

There is a three night minimum. A $100 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals .
