Located in Lauderdale by the Sea, you will find our fully furnished, just fully renovated and redecorated one bedroom/one bath villa. Built in 1995 it is located on the 1st floor with pergo wood floors, new appliances, private terrace, and brand new just replaced 1) air conditioner, 2) king mattress and 3) queen sofa bed and living room furniture. King size bed in bedroom and Queen size sofa bed in living room. The building also boasts an outdoor pool, which is heated during the winter months. This apartment is 2.5 blocks (200 yards) from the beach in the north end of Fort Lauderdale. Restaurants, major grocery store and pharmacy half a block away. Public tennis courts, soccer field, basketball courts and kids playground steps away. Only 8 units in very quiet building.
