spacious, comfortably furnished apartment faces one of the most 
beautiful beaches in Florida!

With only two rental units on the entire property, you'll enjoy 
plenty of privacy, peace and quiet at this ideal beach vacation 
spot. The Sandcastle is a family owned property, so you don’t need 
to worry about any silly condo rules.

Our two apartments are designed to be your "home away from home," 
including:

* Fully equipped kitchens 

* Huge beachfront deck with shady tiki huts and lots of chairs 

* On ground floor: Step out your side-door to the deck and beach

* Covered carport just steps from your front door, plus extra parking

* All bed linens and towels provided

* Free use of washer and dryer 

* Central air and heat, individually controlled 

Activities and Attractions

Our extra-wide beach of soft white sand is our main attraction -- 
stretching 2.5 miles south to John's Pass and for several miles to 
the north. On the west coast of Florida you're also treated to 
the most spectacular sunsets over the water's sparkling horizon. 

Walk just 2-4 blocks to restaurants, shops, grocery, post office & 
public library with free internet access. Our charming beach trolley 
stops right out front on Gulf Boulevard. Take the trolley the 2.5 
miles to John's Pass Village, Madeira's own picturesque waterfront 
boardwalk with dozens of shops and restaurants, or to any of the 
beach communities that stretch south to St. Pete Beach and north to 
Clearwater Beach.
 
Known for our casual Florida style, Madeira Beach is a convenient, 
yet less hectic alternative to nearby Clearwater Beach and St. 
Petersburg. Disney and popular Florida vacation attractions are just 
1-2 hours away.

Deep sea fishing charters and casino cruises are also available, 
leaving from John's Pass and other locations nearby. Excellent golf 
courses a short drive away.  

Vacation Rental Rates

February-April: $1000 weekly/$3,400 monthly
May-December: $800 weekly/$2,700 monthly
Plus 12% sales and tourist tax
