Vacation Rental Description

Casa Parota is 'as good as it gets!' FREE UNLIMITED PHONE CALLS TO US, CANADA, and WESTERN EUROPE.  
HDTV and FLAT SCREEN in Living Room.  FREE PC COMPUTER with DSL WIRELESS INTERNET.  This is a great 
family vacation rental. It is also great for three couples or a group retreat. There are more rental houses (two 
and three bedroom) in this neighborhood; we can arrange this for you at no extra charge. Casa Parota is a 
stunning two-story modern Spanish home, with dome and tile ceilings, parota wood throughout, all marble 
floors, and contemporary-designed stained glass. Casa Parota is definitely for those guests who wish to go 
first-class. Casa Parota, at La Puntilla, a private gated and guarded community of 19 oceanfront and ocean 
view homes, located between Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, 15 miles north of Puerto Vallarta. Each 
house has a private swimming pool and access to a private beach, located at the development. Casa Parota is 
approximately 2,300 square feet, with a 15' x 30' private swimming pool and extensive landscaping. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are four bedrooms; one bedroom has been turned into an office with sleeping accommodations. Three 
bedrooms have private bathrooms, satellite TV (US and Canadian stations from Seattle, Detroit, LA, NYC, 
Toronto), a clock/radio and a phone. The master bedroom also has a VCR + DVD. The large master suite 
upstairs has a California king-size bed and a private bathroom/shower/soaking tub and patio. There is 
separate air-conditioning/heating in the master suite. The second bedroom upstairs comes with a full 
bathroom/shower and a California king-size bed or two extra-long twin beds; your choice. There is a separate 
air-conditioner, so you can regulate how cold you want your room for sleeping. The third bedroom upstairs has 
been made into an office, and has a deck overlooking the swimming pool and bay. It offers a PC computer, fax, 
e-mail, phone, answering machine, and a futon couch for extra sleeping. New-Highspeed Internet! 

One bedroom downstairs comes with a private bathroom/shower and a California king-size bed, or two extra-
long twin beds; your choice. There is an extra-large deck upstairs off the Master Suite and office, which 
overlooks the Bay of Banderas and the lights of Puerto Vallarta. There is patio furniture downstairs and on the 
deck upstairs, which includes a table, chairs, and lounge chaises. There is also a hammock downstairs for the 
truly lazy who want to wile away the afternoon sleeping in the sun. The new Punta Mita Four Seasons Hotel 
with a Jack Nicklaus-designed Golf Course (includes a floating green!) is 20 minutes north of Casa Parota. 
Destiladares beach club 5-7 minutes west towards Four Seasons Punta Mita; or visit the hippy surf towns of 
Sayulita or San Francisco (San Pancho), 5-10 minutes north.

Phone numbers means that your guests can make and receive phone calls easily and low (or no) cost to you or

Rates based on 1-6 guests, slight upcharge for guests 7 and 8.
