Excellent sea view from the balcony and pool.
The house to rent has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 queen size bed, one with
2 double beds and the other one with 1 double bed. 2.5 bathrooms. The
living room is designed to sleep 2 more people. Full kitchen with
microwave oven and fridge, dining rooom, satelite t.v. and ceilling
fans.
Is comfortable for up to 10 people.
According to your needs and number of people you can have for rent
the other house which is normally occuppied by the owner:
It has 2 bedrooms, one with King Size bed and a sofa-coach, satelite
t.v. and splendid sea view. The other bedroom has two double beds,
2.5 bathrooms. The living room is designed to sleep another 2 people.
Full kitchen, dining room and ceilling fans.
There is one parking space.
The house is very near to the golf and tennis courts. 5 minute
walking distance from the beach and commercial area
with hotels, restaurants, night clubs, and all amenities.
The house is elegantly furnished in prime conditions: the
maintenance is done daily by a couple that lives in the back of the
house. Jesus takes care of the pool and garden while Elvia makes the
cleaning every day, and for an extra charge they can help you to cook
and other services.
