Central air , (two units, one for each floor.) and 7 ceiling fans 
(all rooms plus porch) 
Living/dining room/ and all rooms overlooking the sundeck, beach and 
ocean 
Satellite TV, DVD, VCR, telephone, broadband wireless internet, 
stainless steel butane BBQ  with side burner and also a Weber BBQ 
for charcoal 
High speed internet access. Just bring your WI-FI ready laptop. This 
is included in the price and not an extra. 
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and large two 
door refrigerator with ice and cold water dispenser 
Utility room with washer/dryer 
Maximum number of persons: 6 (any age) 
Maid service not included but available at cost.

Extra person (any age): add $100 per week per person
