Fjell Blikk Hytte and Knoll House in Fairbanks

Fjell Blikk Hytte (means'Mountain View Lodge')  
It is located on three forested acres and has spectacular views of the Tanana River and the Alaska Range. Although it feels remote and secluded, it is  just minutes form downtown Fairbanks, the airport, shopping areas, and major attractions. The house is built using centuries old building techniques including hand peeled Douglas Fir logs fifteen inches in diameter, and solid cedar windows and doors.

Knoll House (sister inn located next door)
Knoll House is a custom designed frame building with four bedrooms -each with private bath, and a great room with living, dining and kitchen area. The first floor bedroom is handicapped accessible. Each room in the house has a wonderful view. Both houses feature period furnishings, a collection of antique quilts, laundry facilities and cable television. High-speed Internet access is available at Knoll House.

The main floor of the Lodge features a Great Room with a 22 foot high ceiling, a massive fireplace, an 800 sq. ft. deck, fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining room, a breakfast area, 2 charming bedrooms, and a full bath. A hand crafted, spruce staircase leads to the master bedroom, that has a private bath and stunning views of the entire valley below. The Lodge comfortably accommodates six or more people and is completely furnished. All linens, towels, and housewares are provide.

Fjell Blikk Hytte and Knoll House are located within minutes of the University of Alaska Museum, riverboat rides on the Chena River, historic areas of Fairbanks, gold mining and the Alaska Oil Pipe Line.

$350 per night (2 to 6 nights)
$2,100 per week (7 to 27 nights - $300 per night)
$6,500 per month (28 or more nights -$216 per night) 

If you need additional rooms, the Guest Quarters (Knoll House) is also available.  It has 4 large bedrooms each with a private bath, and can very comfortably sleep 8 or more.  Please inquire about rates.
