the street lights at night. The Shirrif's Department constantly
patrols the area. One of the safest places on the planet to relax and
have a great vacation. Your safe here !!!!!!!!!!! Plus lots of beach chairs.

ON THE ISLAND OVER THE PAST 6 YEARS TOLD ME IT WAS THE CLEANEST, MOST CONFORTABLE HOME
THEY HAVE RENTED.

 Beach chairs, Outdoor hose to rinse the Gulf Waters off
yourself and the beach chairs, all the kitchen goodies to nice dish
sets, blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, micro oven, toaster,
washer and dryer, dishwaher and more. The Weather is perfect!!!!!!!!!

Smoking is allowed only in the screened in Lanai. No smoking in the house.

After complete renovation, the retired couple that were first to rent the house last February
and March complemented that it was the cleanest most comfortable house they have ever rented
on the Island for the past six years.

January 2010:  Couple from New York that rented also for January 2009 love the house and want to also rent for January 2011.

February 2010.  The current couple on renting this month say they our having a great time and all is nice and convient for them.

Fishing, skate bording, golfing, sunning on the beautiful Gulf
Beaches, over 50 Restaurant and Bars on the Island, Relaxing, A true
Vacationland.

Prices below are based on an occupancy of "4" people @ $900.00, although it will sleep six with the queensize couch pulled out in the loving room.

For Monthly rentals add $100.00 per person over 4 people.

For Weekly rentals add $50.00 per person over 4 people

Monthly: June 1 to Oct 31 $2750.00
               Nov 1 to May 31 $3000.00

Weekly: June 1 to Oct 31 $850.00
              Nov 1 to May 31 $900.00

Pets:  Add $50.00 special cleaning fee

TV:  The TV service is on the "Basic 25 Channels" but if your are avid TV and sports person, the TV upgrade for the ESPN Channels Package along with another 100+ channels of nearly everything is a extra charge of $75.00 for the month.

This Comfortable Home has recently been completely upgraded to new
carpets, paint, right down to the plumbing. It is beautifully
decorated with comfortable furniture, paradise pictures, washer and
dryer, large Lanai, and laptop internet access. A free trolley is
only steps from your doorway that will pick you up and leave you off
and take you to places like the City Pier, many restaurants and
shopping for 8 miles along the Gulf of Mexico Beach from Anna Maria
to Bradenton Beach. Great 4 & 5 Star Restaurants, Ice Cream Shops,
The main Post Office and LOTS MORE, are just a few blocks away. And
plenty of Fishing Captains I personnally know will take you on 1/2 or
full day trips to catch lots of the BIG ONES out in the Gulf. Sleeps 4-6 persons.
