Well of course there is the beach, just a short walk away (2 blocks or 10 minutes walking).....But in addition, boating, fishing, wind surfing and kayaking are just a few of the water activities enjoyed in South Bethany which is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the inland bays. Not to mention the numerous public paths, endless walking trails and downtown Bethany that affords vacation goers a plentiful assortment of shopping, fine dining and recreation.  We are located in a quiet family oiented community surrounded by canals and beautiful views of the bay, where children ride bikes and play in the streets, where people jog and take walks without reservations about traffic or safety issues.

Don't miss the regularly scheduled outdoor concerts on the Bethany Boardwalk! Sea Colony - an internationally recognized tennis facility - is within walking distance and sure to challenge even the most competitive player. Only a short
drive to Ocean City, Md, Fenwick or Rehoboth and all the other Delaware Beaches where you’ll enjoy golfing, amusement parks, additional fine dining and tax-free outlet shopping at more than 140 stores in nearby Rehoboth Beach.
