Condo restrictions require a minimum 2 month rental period and an
approval application, accompanied by two letters of recommendation,
must be submitted at least 30 days prior to occupancy. All fees
associated with the application are paid by the owner.
A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the rental charge, including any
applicable sales tax would be required at time of signing to "lock-
in" your time period. An additional 25%, plus applicable sales tax
would be due 30 days prior to the start of the rental period with the
balance due on the first day of occupancy. We will also require a
$750 security deposit to cover utilities, long distance phone charges
and a one time cleaning fee at the end of the rental term. Any funds
not used will be refunded.
