Vacation Rental Description

Newly listed property.  Located between the Atlantic Ocean and the 
Indian River, with views of both, this newly renovated 2/2 unit has 
all the comforts of home.  Located on the 8th floor, this unit has a 
southern exposure with never ending views of the ocean, beach and 
river.  You can wake in the morning to the comforting sounds of the 
waves rolling onto the beach or get up to view a gorgeous sunrise.  
In the evenings, you can relax on the balcony and watch the sunset on 
the Intracoastal/Indian River.  

The unit features new tile throughout the condo, all new major 
kitchen appliances, new master bedroom furniture, new living room 
furniture and new dining room furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a 
wet bar, towels and linens, TV's and VCR's in the living room and 
both bedrooms. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated condominium with security, private beach, heated pool, jacuzzi, 
clubhouse with exercise and game rooms, meeting room, bocce court and 
putting green are also available.

The condo is fully furnished with a washer and dryer, refrigerator, 
dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, microwave oven, garbage disposal, 
central air conditioning/heating, local telephone service, beach 
chairs, coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, cooking utensils, and the 
list goes on.

Activities on site or nearby include - Exercise room, golf, biking, 
swimming, jet skiing, wind surfing, minature golf, shopping, fine 
restaurants, movie theater, parks and recreation, boating, sailing, 
fishing, beach walking, shell collecting, and much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season      January 1 - April 30         $3,300/Month
Summer Season    May 1 - August 31            $2,400/Month
Winter Season    September 1 - December 31    $2,900/Month

Condo restrictions require a minimum 2 month rental period and an 
approval application, accompanied by two letters of recommendation, 
must be submitted at least 30 days prior to occupancy.  All fees 
associated with the application are paid by the owner.

A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the rental charge, including any 
applicable sales tax would be required at time of signing to "lock-
in" your time period.  An additional 25%, plus applicable sales tax 
would be due 30 days prior to the start of the rental period with the 
balance due on the first day of occupancy. We will also require a 
$750 security deposit to cover utilities, long distance phone charges 
and a one time cleaning fee at the end of the rental term. Any funds 
not used will be refunded.
