You can rent the upstairs only (for 2 people).
You can rent the downstairs only (for up to 5 people), or
You can rent the entire house (2 - 8 people).

Located at the end of a very quiet street of Million Dollar homes on
the south
end of Key Largo (95.5 mile marker), this house is one lot from the
Atlantic Ocean.
It is suited for those who want to get a true feel for Florida
Coastal living.
Tropical setting on a large lot with over 90 feet of dockage.
Park your boat right out back. The ocean is at your back door.

Property is ideally located between Key Largo and Islamorada.
You will find some of the best fishing in the world off Islamorada,
and
Key Largo is known as the reef capital of the United States.
John Pennenkamp State Park is less than 8 miles to the North.
World Class diving, snorkeling and fishing are all around you.

The house has two different living areas. There are two outside
stairways.
You cannot get up and down from inside of the house.
Each floor can be rented separately, and is private from the other.
Or, you can rent the entire house.

Upstairs is set up as a large studio (approx. 900 Sq. feet) and
sleeps 2 people. It has a living room, dining area, kitchen
and full bathroom, along with a Queen Size Bed. There is a very open
feel to it. You can sit in the living room, open the french doors
and get wonderful ocean views.

Downstairs has 2 Bedrooms (each with a King Size bed), living room,
kitchen and a full bath. Both the bedrooms on the first floor have
ocean views and sliders to the back yard and dock. Downstairs sleeps
up to 4 Adults. A child could sleep on the sofa for a maximum of 5
downstairs.

Each floor has it's own living room (with big screen TV), full
kitchen and bathroom.
Again, because of the layout of the house, you can rent just one
floor if you like... or the whole house.
Upstairs will sleep up to 2, downstairs will sleep 5.
Maximum number of guests for the entire house is 8.

Fully equipped Kitchen on each floor. (Refrigerator, Dishwasher,
Range, Microwave).
Full Bathroom on each floor.
Separate Family room on each floor.
52" High Definition TV on First Floor.
DirecTV with over 200 channels.
50" High Definition TV on the Second Floor w/ Separate DirecTV
receiver.
DVD player of each floor.
Central Air Conditioning/Heating on each floor.
Washer/Dryer (can be used by either floor).
Gas grill and fireplace in back yard.
Two patio tables in the back allow for outside dining by the water.
Linens and Towels provided.
Local Telephone service.
Large gated yard has plenty of room for vehicles or RV. Back yard
has a small pond on one side and fireplace/eating area on the other.
Flat concrete roof has a sun deck area for entertaining

Plenty of fish come right up to the dock, fishing in the canal is
welcome.. OR... park your boat behind the house and head off for a
day of fishing or diving in the open waters of the Atlantic.
Swimming is fantastic in the ocean or canal. Two ladders come up
from the canal for easy access to the water. This is a deep/ clean
canal.... you can see right to the bottom and it's approx. 15 feet
deep!. Excellent snorkeling is only 20 yards away.
A number of state parks await you in the Florida Keys. Dozens of
restaurants are within 10 miles of the house. Along with Dolphin
attractions, wildlife exhibits, casino action and nightlife.
