You would be renting the upstairs floor only (2 people max). It is completely seperate from the downstairs floor. Owner uses the downstairs floor at various times, and may be at the house during your stay. 

Downstairs is a 2 bedroom and
sleeps 4 people. There is a King size bed in each room.

It has a living room, dining area, kitchen
and one full bathroom. Wonderful ocean views.

This house has a large dock, with immediate access to the Atlantic.  
Located at the end of a very quiet street of Million Dollar homes on
the south end of Key Largo (95 mile marker), this house is one lot from the
Atlantic Ocean.
It is suited for those who want to get a true feel for Florida
Coastal living.
Tropical setting on a large lot with over 90 feet of dockage.
Park your boat right out back. The ocean is at your back door.

Property is ideally located between Key Largo and Islamorada.
You will find some of the best fishing in the world off Islamorada,
and Key Largo is known as the reef capital of the United States.
John Pennenkamp State Park is less than 8 miles to the North.
World Class diving, snorkeling and fishing are all around you.

Swimming is fantastic in the ocean or canal. Two ladders come up
from the canal for easy access to the water. This is a deep/ clean
canal.... you can see right to the bottom and it's approx. 15 feet
deep!. Excellent snorkeling is only 20 yards away.
A number of state parks await you in the Florida Keys. Dozens of
restaurants are within 10 miles of the house. Along with Dolphin
attractions, wildlife exhibits, casino action and nightlife.
