Super Cute Manhattan/Tribeca Vacation Loft Apt. in Manhattan

A super cute, completely furnished/well equipped non smoking quiet loft apt. located in lower Manhattan/Tribeca, right around corner from Tribeca Grande. It consists of 2 sleeping areas, with one queen bed in one sleeping area and in a second smaller sleeping area there is a bunkbed unit with 2 twin beds in it, as well as a double size sofabed. There is a living /dining area, well outfitted kitchen and one fully appointed spacious bath. This apt works very nicely for traveling families with children as it is very well equipped for them or just a couple plus one single friend. The downtown location is ideal, in oneof New York's most sought after areas, with an active night life that is easily accessible everywhere in Manhattan. This family friendly area in a landmarked historic district (19th century cast iron architecture) has lovely wide cobblestone streets and is just a few blocks from both the art galleries and up to the minute boutique shopping of adjoining SOHO and Tribeca. Foodies have much to celebrate here, as we are in the midst of the very best 4 star and chef owned award winning restaurants in Manhattan. Home to the international spring Tribeca Film Festival, when Tribeca is abuzz with excitement and the latest international screenings. Much area celeb spotting and on site movie production(Spiderman shot nearby). Walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Promenade, right along the river, where there are miles of a lovely uninterrupted wide biking and jogging path in a traffic free zone, that goes all the way uptown, as well as several new wonderful waterfront parks. There are tennis courts, ping pong, basketball, bike rentals, batting cages and incredibly beautiful sunsets with a children's only playground right nearby. We are one block from express subways, with 10 minutes to Javits Convention Center, Lincoln Center/museums.theatre, great shopping, taxis on corner, . Very comfortably furnished with all soaps,towels, linens and paper
products provided for a daily and one weekly stay. Separate private
laundry is completely stocked for guests. Kitchen is ready to cook in,
with full service and many extras. Apt is on second floor landing/no elevator and Housekeeping is available. There is a 24 hour/ 7 day a week grocery right nearby.

Apt is 3 blocks from the wonderful Hudson River Promenade, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking,jogging and pedestrian paths along the water, that go all the way uptown, as well as several other lovely waterfront parks, with childrens only playgrounds in a wide traffic free zone.There are tennis courts and splash pools for children, picnicing, movies in summer at night, sand volleyball courts, mini golf, rollerblading, ping pong, batting cages, bike rentals and an incredible trapeze park,where you can take lessons or just watch the fun. There is very good boutique shopping nearby and also several nice gyms.
All NYC has to offer is at your fingertips, with express subway one
block away to midtown shopping (10 min.) Javits Center, Linclon Center, Metropolitan Museum, Broadway theatres

Addtl Guests beyond 2, $75. night each. An additional larger 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment option #63331 at different rate. email if singles or couples or any children(ages). Deposit required to hold dates with payment completed within 60 days to arrival or 90 days to Dec arrivals. We do not absorb fees with your payment method and these are deducted from security refund or added to initial payment. A cancellation request in writing must be received before 60 days to arrival or 90 days to Dec arrivals, so we can try to rerent it for you. If we can rerent all or part of your reserved dates, we refund payment for rerented dates minus a $200. cancellation fee. 45 days to arrival we are unable to rerent any reserved dates for you and all payments made are then non refundable. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, other than the apt is not available with all essential services, which are electricity, heat, and water.
