This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom canal front home is actually a
2 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs
with separate entries. It can be rented as a 3/3 whole house or 2/2
just upstairs. The downstairs can not be rented separately.
Upstairs there is a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar,
dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishes, cookware
and all utensils. For your conveience there is also a washer and
dryer.
A large enclosed porch complete with a Ping Pong table and board
games. A table with chairs and a love seat is the perfect place to
enjoy a meal. Or just relax with a casual beverage and enjoy the
magnificent water views.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, cable TV
and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and
double closet. The second bathroom which has been newly remodeled
is equiped with a 6' whirlpool tub.
The den is a new addition which could double as an extra bedroom.
It has an 8' granite top desk and sleeper sofa.
Downstairs you will find a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom effiency
apartment. It has a small kitchen with full refrigerator,
dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, dishes, cookware and
utensils. There is also a Murphy bed and pull out sofa. The
bedroom has cable TV. There is a second full size washer downstairs.
There is plenty of parking for vehicles as well as boats and
trailers.

Deep water dockage on a 200 foot wide crystal clear swimming and
boating canal with easy unobstructed access to the Atlantic Ocean,
approximately 1.3 miles. 60+ feet of the 110' concrete seawall is
available for renter's use. It is equiped with cleats, shore power,
water and fishing cleaning table. There is also 4 pilings.
There is a gas grill on the car port. Plenty of chaise lounges
for sunbathing.
All linens and towels are provided. Also for your convenience,
there is an iron and ironing board both upstairs and down.
Cable TV in both livingrooms, master bedroom upstairs and bedroom
downstairs.
Other amenities include Ping Pong table, VCR, DVD, stereo, local
telephone, towels and linens.

It's just a short two block walk to Coco Plum's very own beach.
You can also enjoy the other great beaches in the area as well as
fishing, swimming, snorkling, diving and sightseeing. Home to
America's only living coral reef.
While your here visit the Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point
Museums and Nature Center, Curry Hammock State Park, Pigeon Key,
Sombrero Beach, Theater of the Sea and other local attractions.
Local boat rentals are available and can be delivered to your
dock. Why not charter a fishing expedition either full or half
day. Then there's world class flats fishing.
Key West is only 50 miles south down scenic Overseas Highway.
There's lots of great restaurants that feature dishes made with
always fresh locally caught fish and seafood.
And let's not forget all the unique shops and boutiques!

Weekly Rate for 3/3 whole house in season $1650
excluding Christmas, New Year's, Mini-Lobster and Lobster Season Rate for these weeks is $2150

Weekly Rate for 2/2 upstairs in season $1150
excluding Christmas, New Year's, Mini-Lobster and Lobster Season Rate for these weeks is $1500

Discounted rates for multiple week rentals and off season rentals

Off-Season: August 22st - November 21st
April 19th - May 30th

Off-Season Rate: 2/2 - $850
3/3 - $1250

Special rates for last minute rentals.

All Rentals are subject to Florida Tax of 11.5%.
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental fee must be received
in advance to confirm dates. Balance due within 30 days of rental
dates.
Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit full deposit amount.
Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 10 AM sharp.
Rentals usually Saturday to Saturday but can be flexable.
