Vacation Rental Description

This one bedroom / one bathroom apartment about 450 square feet is  
located on 32nd Street between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue on the  
second floor of an elevated prewar building with part time doorman,  
buzzer intercom system and laundry facilities in the basement. This  
apartment can accommodate 5 people maximum.  
 
When you enter the apartment the bedroom entrance is right in front  
of you, the bathroom is on your right and an open hallway kitchen  
leads on your left to the living room.  
 
The air-conditioned living room can sleep 3 people. It has a large  
window, beige painted walls and one white painted exposed brick wall.  
It is furnished with a single day bed with three drawers, a burgundy  
full-size sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs, two standing  
lamps, a bedside table topped by a third lamp, a TV with basic cable  
and a phone.  
 
The open tiled kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, a fridge, a  
microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, white cupboards, dishes and  
cooking utensils.  
 
The white tiled bathroom has a window, a sink, a bathtub with shower  
and a toilet. 
 
No smoking is allowed in the apartment. 
 
- Security deposit is required. 
- Check in not before 4:00 p.m (Arriving earlier? you can leave your  
luggages at our Manhattan office untill the check is time). 
- Check out no later than 11:00 a.m  
- Number of people can not be more that 4 people (unless other  
arrangement are made).

Activities and Attractions

Neighborhood: Very convenient location.  
The area is known as Kips Hill. The most notable attractions in the  
direct area are Macy's department store and the Empire State Building  
just around the corner. Madison Square Garden, Bryant Park and Times  
Square are only a few blocks away (5 to 15 minutes walk). On Madison  
Avenue and Park Avenue you can find some lovely restaurants, a few  
bars, delis and grocery stores. 
 
Transportation: the closest stations are Herald Square on 32nd Street  
and Broadway (B, D, F, N, Q, R, V, W trains) and Park Avenue/33rd  
Street (local 6 trains).

Vacation Rental Rates

Rent: $310/night 
Rent: $4600/month utilities included up to $150 
Add:  $100 cleaning fee for less than 10 days or more than 30 days 
Add:  $50 for a check in on Sunday or after 07:00 pm  
Add:  $50 If guest needs to vacate the premises before 8:00 a.m 
Add:  $120 if you select to have owner arrange pick-up service from 
the airport. 
Guest should also pay a security deposit in the amount of $500 to the 
owner 
 
You need to send $250 payment in advance to secure the apartment. 
We accept for the advance payment:  
- Western Union  
- Paypal (add 4% to cover the fees) 
- Wire transfer (add $30 to cover the fees) 
 
When you arrive you need to provide the owner with the balance in US 
cash or Travelers checks, no other payment mode will be accepted.
