Vacation Rental Description

Quiet North end of the island, hassle free traffic, easy access on  
and off the bridge, walking distance to Big M Casino Boat and Times  
Square. 
 
Enjoy miles of pure, white sandy beaches while shelling, bird  
watching, or enjoying the dolphins playing.   
 
Delight in fabulous views of the Gulf and Bonita Bay from every  
window of this private, 6th floor end unit, as well as Gulf and bay  
front lanais. 
 
This unit can comfortably sleep 4 - 6 people; master bedroom has 1  
queen and 1 double bed, color cable TV with a separate lanai and  
private full bathroom.  Second bedroom has 2 twin beds.  Queen  
sleeper sofa in living room.  All linens are provided. 
 
Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, full sets of  
dishes, silverware, cookware, wine glasses, accessory pieces and  
kitchen linens. 
 
Unit has been updated, is nicely furnished, and meticulously kept.   
There is a combined dining and living room area with beautiful gulf  
and bay views.  Color cable TV and VCR in livingroom. (Cable TV in  
master bedroom also). 
 
There are two full bathrooms with tubs, showers, etc.  Washer and  
dryer are located on the premises. 
 
Lawn chairs are provided in the unit.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

End unit on the 6th floor.  Fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and  
Bonita Bay.  Heated pool, shuffleboard, 2 phones, air conditioning,  
cable TV (2),VCR, Gas BBQ on site.  Full kitchen includes microwave,  
cookware, utensils, linens, and beach chairs.  25 cent trolley takes  
you anywhere on the beach.     

Activities and Attractions

Fort Myers Beach is a nature lover's paradise.  There are miles of  
pure white sand for walking, shelling, birdwatching, and enjoying  
nature. 
 
Like to gamble?  Walking distance to the Big M Casino Boat, cruise  
ship to the Keys and Times Square (shopping district), and fine and  
casual dining. 
 
Shelling, snorkeling, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, parasailing,  
golfing and mini-golf are available. 
 
Fort Myers Beach is a shopper's dream.  Outlet shopping, flea market  
(largest in South West Florida) and 3 malls are in the area.
