This Orlando Pool Home is the largest home on Sunset Lakes, a 
premier secure gated community located in Kissimmee, Florida.

NEW 2005: High-Speed INTERNET with wireless access.

It has a private south-facing pool, not overlooked by any 
neighbours, with child safety barrier and alarmed pool/patio doors.

It even features an outside kitchen under the lanai, with fridge and 
gas barbecue

5 bedrooms - 2 super Master King bedrooms, both with en-suite, one 
with large tub and separate shower, the other a large shower.

Activities and Attractions

Onsite there is a large community swimming pool, a cabana; 
children's tot lot play area and a Gazebo.  Boats, not-powered,  are 
allowed on the lake. 

A few minutes drive away there are numerous restaurants (including a 
McDonald's!), a 24hr supermarket, a medical centre and, believe it 
or not, even a beauty saloon with tanning beds! Highway 192 and 
interstate I4 take you to SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, ISLANDS OF 
ADVENTURE & WET & WILD in about 10/15 minutes.

 Golf courses are nearby, so bring your clubs or rent them.
