"Rivendell" Abaco beachfront cottage in Bahamas

Rivendell Cottage is located on Great Abaco in Great Cistern Cay.

Located 4 miles north of Marsh Harbour, facing northeast, this
property overlooks the Sea of Abaco providing year round ocean
breezes. Rivendell Cottage has its own private, natural cinnamon
beach and has 2 boat moorings.

The Cottage has 2 newly renovated air conditioned bedrooms. The
master bedroom has a King size bed, private bath, extra twin bed and
a private screened porch overlooking the beach.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and is designed to make you
feel warm and cozy. Both bedrooms have cable TV.

The living area has cable TV and a sofa which converts into a Queen
size bed. There is a large screened porch for eating and relaxing,
and a fireplace for that occasional evening chill.

A fully equipped full size kitchen with new appliances, including
microwave and ice maker with purified water.

A laundry room.

Private beach, 3 cable TV's, VHF radio, stereo, VCR, DVD with
movies,
books, BBQ grill, hammocks, lounge chairs, games, kayaks, bicycles,
outside shower, breezy fans in all rooms, washer, air conditioned
bedrooms and phone.

All linens and towels are provided.

Fishing, diving, snorkeling, golfing on nearby Treasure Cay,
swimming, kayaking, boating, island hopping, shopping, hiking,
shelling, or just hanging out on the beach in a hammock reading a
book or watching the sailboats go by.

The Treasure Cay Community nearby has been voted as having one of
the
10 best beaches in the world.

Restaurants and shopping: There are many fine restaurants and gift
stores in Marsh Harbour to choose from; or hop a ferry to one of the
out islands for an enjoyable day of gift shopping and lunch.

Marsh Harbour has 3 fine grocery stores to choose from.

A rental vehicle is recommended.

Rivendell Cottage Rates:
weekly $1200 usd additional days @ $200 usd

Above rates are for 2-4 persons (Maximum 6 persons)
Children under 10 years of age free

Additional persons $175.00 per week

Dates are reserved upon receipt of 25% deposit. Reservations will be
held 5 days until deposit is received. Full balance is due a minimum
of 30 days prior to to the week of your reserved date. Dates can be
reserved without 30 days notice if available. 20% of deposit will be
held for any cancellation. A security deposit of $250.00 will be
required.
