The Heron House in Cape Charles

The Heron House is located in Cape Charles on Virginia's charming
Eastern Shore. The house is situated only four blocks from a 1/2 mile
public beach along the Chesapeake Bay. A beautiful front porch graces
this 1920's house. Perfect for a peaceful, early morning coffee, or to
catch a cool evening breeze. Inside, the owners lovingly decorated and
furnished the rustic interior with an eclectic mix of
antiques and modern furniture to create a cozy atmosphere perfect for
family and friends.

Fully stocked kitchen, fully furnished house, hairdryer, iron, ironing
board, washer and dryer, microwave oven, 2 bicycles, charcoal grill,
front porch seating, and patio furniture.  Wi-fi available.

Cape Charles and the Eastern Shore are wonderful to explore. Sporting
enthusiasts can golf in the new Jack Nicklaus or Arnold Palmer golf
courses located in the Bay Creek development, kayak at the southern
tip of the Delmarva Peninsula, or go bird watching in Kiptopeke State
Park. Boating and fishing are available from the Cape Charles Harbor.

Food lovers will enjoy the many outstanding, local restaurants such as
The Chesapeake, Harbor Grill or Aqua.

With so much to do and see on the Eastern Shore, come and spend a week
or a month at the charming Heron House and take in the best Virginia

(14%), and a cleaning fee ($75). Towels and linens (one queen, one

Requests for weekly rental will supercede daily requests. Requests
for monthly rental will supercede weekly requests.
