This is a private waterfront home on the north shore of beautiful Lake
Geneva about one mile from the west end (Fontana). Frontage is level,
pier is private. Home is spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths, about 4000
sq ft total. Three large bedrooms up and one off back porch on first
floor. Sleeps 10 plus a roll-away suitable for child. There are beautiful lake views from almost every room. First floor has large living room, dining
room, kitchen with butlers pantry, enclosed porch/sunroom and patio.
The home has been in one family since built in 1936 and much of
original decor of that era has been maintained. It is air-conditioned.

Private pier with boat slip and dinghy dock. Front lawn is level, 85
ft of frontage. House is about 200 ft from shore. Lake Geneva is a
spring-fed clear glacier lake popular for boating, swimming, fishing,
and sailing. Arrangements could be made to use boat slip (up
to 22 ft). Two person kayak available. (Dock may rarely be shared
with family occasionally using the guest cottage on the property.) Gas
grill, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and digital cable TV,
DVD, CD, Stereo, and VCR. Bedrooms have TV's with cable. Cable high speed
internet/Wi-Fi network.

Region has numerous golf courses, restaurants, sightseeing, boating,
sailing, fishing, swimming, jogging, hiking, biking, shopping and
antiquing opportunities. Boat rentals, public ramp and public beach located nearby
(3/4 mile) in Fontana. Boat tours are available via Gage Marine. Bring your own boat, jet ski's, and use private dock. The lake has a unique public path completely around the shoreline for walking, hiking. Enjoy the lakeside patio and 3 season porch for relaxing, reading, and enjoying beautiful lake view.

Availability:  Sorry but 2013 is full unless we get cancelation.  We will not begin to set 2014 before December, 2013.   We give past guests priority.  We require a 50 percent non-refundable deposit to hold time and refund 90 percent on cancellation if we fill time with paying guests. 

Summer rates are $24,000 per month, Weekly $6700, $6300 weekly for
multiple weeks.   Off-season spring and fall rates are discounted but we have very limited off season availability due to family use and closing in winter.
We generally rent mostly in July and Aug and occasionally spring and fall. Weekly at minimum, Fri to Fri usually. This is a private family vacation home and community and we do not allow large groups (such as weddings, receptions or large reunions). Please contact with questions.
