the street. Our beach access goes directly between the building on
the right and the smaller one in the middle.

higher prices? We offer a cheerful, comfortable condo that gives
you the vacation you have looked forward to and leaves you enough
money to have fun while you're there. Our condo has the perfect
balance of a fun view, convenience to everything, up-to-date
accommodations and an affordable price. We think you will love this
combination.

We are directly across the street from the beach and have deeded
access right in front of our condo. The gulf is clearly in view as
you can see from the picture. We love our balcony view. It is a fun
mixture of sightseeing, activity, nightlife and people. The mornings
are peaceful and inviting.

The condo itself has been completely renovated and is cheerful, fresh
and very clean. Lisa and I are active owners (we stay here too!) and
we want your visit to be pleasant so you will come again and again.
We are within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and sights.
The street below us has wide walking lanes and bicycle lanes making
it pedestrian friendly.

Our main purpose of coming to Gulf Shores is the beach. Of course
we enjoy the atmosphere of the town but it is the white sand and
blue and green water that attracts us. We love it! Our desire and
dream was to have an affordable condo in a place with the prettiest
beaches in the world. We hope you will love it here as much as we
do.

Our condo unit is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. You
must be over 25 years old to rent the condo. We welcome children!
