The home offers a very dramatic ambiance. Open floor plan with 
arches and pillars and is loaded with upgrades. Huge great room with
central sound/entertainment system with 70” TV, adjacent to living room and  8 seat dining area and full wet bar. A WIFI internet system and full Direct TV to all bedrooms is included.

Gourmet custom kitchen with huge granite counters. Kitchen appliances with island gas counter top stove. Coffee makers, blenders, toasters, etc. Complete service for 16. Stocked pantry with spices, extra dishes for poolside.

On the ground floor are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, all with queen beds and 32" LCD TV’s. The master bedroom has a 42” TV and king size Temperpedic mattress. The master bedroom has a large twin shower head shower and large Jacuzzi for two. Twin walk-in closets. The master also features a separate exit to the pool.

Downstairs in the carpeted basement  are 3 kings, Brunswickpool table and 42" LCD TV with large couches. The downstairs has separate a/c, and full bathroom. There is also a separate exit from downstairs to the pool area. The basement has twin sky lights to the outside for natural light.

All living areas are controlled by 4 separate heating-a/c systems for the bedrooms, living rooms, and downstairs.

The tiled pool has a spa for 6 people. The pool is solar heated with propane heating available. There are numerous lounge chairs around the pool. The covered patio area adjacent to the pool has a full mist system and outside TV. A tiled bar over 15 feet long with separate refrigerator has both gas and charcoal grills.

The property is entirely walled for security with outside security lights and security system. RV parking is available behind closed gates for the largest motor homes, boats, and trailers.

Policies:
Checkin is 2:00 P.M. Check out by noon, except by special 
arrangement.
Swimming pool: Gas heating of spa/pool is 
available at extra charge. 

Occupants: 
Rates are quoted based upon a maximum of 16 people. 
Additional charges may apply for more than 16 people. 

Reserve the Dates Deposit:
25% of Total.  Balance is due 30 days before arrival. 

Security Deposit: 
$500 refundable in 5-7 days after checkout. 

Cleaning Fee: 
$150.00 cleaning fee. 

Refunds:
Full refund if cancellation is received 30 days prior to rental 
date, less $100 cancellation fee.
