community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The
townhouse and the community are perfect for a family or two to spend
a relaxing week at the beach. Two blocks to the Ocean, Dining, Mini
Golf, OC Bus, and Stores. The Ocean beachfront at 67th Street is the
widest area of Sand in Ocean City.
The house can sleep 10 comfortably; this 5 bedroom , 4.5 bath home
(with 2 Master Suites) features (3) Queens, (1)Full/(1)Twin Bunk Bed,
(2) Twins in a Day Bed with Trundle. There is an entrance level
bedroom
and full bath. This level also features a laundry room with full size
washer and dryer.
The second level features a living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen
and a front and
rear deck. The third level features three bedrooms and two baths.
The master suite
offers a soaking tub and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms both
have access to
a front deck and one has two twin beds and one a full size bed. The
