beautifully appointed, ocean view, Wailea Elua Village, two-bedroom
condominium is perfect for families, couples, and friends.

Elua Village comprises acres of lush tropical grounds. There are two
swimming pools, one right by the beach, featuring a large pavilion
with barbecue facilities for private entertaining. There is also a
paddle tennis court, a putting green, and spa. Plus, our unit is
just steps from one of Maui's renowned beaches, Ulua Beach, for
snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, or just frolicking with
your children. During the winter months watch the Humpback whales
from your private lanai.

Elua Village is in Maui's top-rated resort, Wailea, with world-class
golf, tennis, and a large selection of shops and restaurants. Only a
few steps away are the Wailea beach walk and The Shops at Wailea.
Here you can stroll by the meticulously manicured resort grounds of
many top rated world class resort hotels. The Shops at Wailea is
like no other shopping center in the islands! Just imagine
internationally acclaimed favorites like Tiffany & Co. and Louis
Vuitton just steps from tasteful galleries exhibiting original

We have newly redecorated our condo. It is extremely comfortable and
beautifully appointed with art, and our own designer taste. We want
your experience to be wonderful so that you will want to come back
and visit again and again. It is very spacious (1400 sq ft), ground
floor, ocean view unit has two bedrooms (one king and two twins)
plus a sleeper sofa (queen)in the living room. There are two full
baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas,
central air conditioning, washer/dryer, stereo, and TV's with
VCR/DVD
player.

Our condominium comes with with many extra amenities, including an
iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. Should you choose to relax
at the shore, we have provided beach towels, chairs, and sand toys.
Enjoy a little spirited competition with our supply of board games.
Outside, there is a gas grill for al fresco dining. Enjoy sunsets
and pupus from the extra-large, private lanai. There is a semi-
private side yard in a lovely garden setting to enjoy with bountiful
tropical foliage including the sweet aroma of many plumeria trees.

We have been coming to Maui for many years. This is our first year
as owners of this condominium and we would love to share it with
you!
